Meet Ari & Tia, Omega Directors
Over 17 years ago Ari set out on his painting and plastering career, determined to be a leader in the industry for both residential and commercial markets. Along this journey Ari has taken on and overseen large scale projects from shopping centres to custom architectural homes, working closely with quality builders on new constructions, renovations and insurance repairs. Ari’s passion for excellence has seen him become one of the select few in Melbourne who have studied specialised courses on Venetian plastering, skills that require a lot of craftsmanship, patience and experience.
In 2019 Omega Property Maintenance was born when Tia came onboard, joining forces with Ari to setup a fresh new look for the company and add project firing power for more depth and project organisation. Tia brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her many years as a property manager, managing rental properties all across Melbourne. A large part of Tia’s role was overseeing maintenance on residential properties, helping her gain experience and knowledge on how to organise trades and ensure projects are carried out smoothly. With this wealth of experience under her belt, together with Ari’s craftsmanship, Omega has set out to raise the bar for customer service in the trade industry and deliver an experience like no other.

After a specialised finish? Ari is amongst rare company by completing courses in Venetian Plastering for the following finishes – Spatula Stuhhi, Spirito Libero, Instinto and Advanced Painting.
